**About the job**:
The appliances and finished Products Procurement manager is in charge of developing a strategy for appliances and finished Products procurement across all divisions and all geographies of Franke organization.
This will include the optimization with the Product Marketing, R&D and with technical teams of the current products portfolio. Harmonization of specifications. Mapping the supplier’s footprints to understand strengths and weakness of current set up and identifying opportunities for value creation.
Reduce the supplier portfolio to maximize the benefits for Franke.

**Your tasks**:

- Category Management:_
- Develop and implement medium and long-term sourcing strategies in collaboration with CMO, R&D to ensure best TCO and security of supply for Franke
- Align strategy and tactics with other key stakeholders
- Communicate strategy to the organization to support implementation
- Contract managements
- Lead the relationship with suppliers in coordination with other functions: Product management, Quality, planning
- Supplier relationship and portfolio management:_
- Lead negotiations on a group level
- Target lowest global costs and highest value for Franke globally
- Manage relationship with strategic suppliers
- Actively manage the portfolio in order to benefit from a group approach toward taps suppliers.
- Guarantee supply availability
- Project management:_
- Continuously analyse the supply market to identify new opportunities
- Align with all relevant business functions in achieving strategic company targets
- Secure sharing of information and support for the local organisations and business units
- Develop and participate in cross functional teams
- Implements the use of framework agreements on projects as directed

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduate education
- 5 years maximum within Purchasing ideally with a knowledge of appliances and finished Products
- Commercial or technical education
- ERP background - SAP preferred but not mandatory
- Worked in a Matrix environment
- Experience with managing internal and external customers.
- Ability to travel internationally
- Fluent in English
