**Position Summary**
**The GOLD Program**
The Catalent Global Organization Leadership Development Program is a two-year rotational development opportunity designed for university graduates who are eager to accelerate their careers in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and inclusive environment. As a GOLD Associate, you’ll take on two 12 month rotations across different sites and functions. **The GOLD Associate - Operations Management track**
The program provides critical on-the-job experiences in operations and exposure to broader business areas. Rotations vary, ranging from Manufacturing Operations to Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing & Product Development. One rotation will be Supervisory, providing technical and leadership experience.
In order to be eligible for the GOLD Program at Catalent, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Operations Leadership.
- Commitment to career development
- Leadership Experience or demonstrated potential
- Excellent academic record
- Willingness to relocate across EU Sites and flexible work hours
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet timelines
- Eligible to legally work in the EU
- Able to work full time (40 hours/week)
