**Descrizione del lavoro**
As Logistic Manager at Freud, company part of the Bosch Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects related to logistics, coordinating and leading the function.

You will be in charge of procurement planning, customer order planning, production planning and physical logistics.

Your tasks will be:

- Formulate and implement logistics specific standards, strategies, processes and systems within the plant to fulfil customer delivery demands
- Oversee fulfilment of target business plan for the plant by evaluating and effectively managing inventories.
- Improve logistics KPIs - keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Monitor implementation of processes and methods for inbound and outbound logistics, safe and secure storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Implementation of methods to create transparency and predictability in value chain
- Act as interface to suppliers, sales organizations and internal partners affected by logistic processes - be the escalation point within the plant
- Lead the logistic team - foresee the competency requirements for the current and future trends and direct employee capability - assure development accordingly

**Qualifiche**
- Graduated in engineering, economics or similar
- Min. 5 years’ experience in logistics functions according to job description
- Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English
- Knowledge and experience in lean management and project management
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Leadership skills
- Strong team player
