**Electrical & Automation Supervisor**:
**We are looking for**:
We are looking for multiple electrical and automation supervisors with a preferable background in industrial investment projects for our customer's project in Skellefteå, Sweden. This opportunity offers the possibility for an employment contract either for several years and is suitable for both junior and senior experts. By working with us you get access to a wide range of industrial projects, and we will do our best to support your growth.

**As an Electrical Supervisor, you will**:

- Coordinate and oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and/or automation installations
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute the installation process
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of electrical activities, regularly reporting progress
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that electrical and/or automation installations comply with project requirements and industry standards
- Implement and enforce safety guidelines, promoting a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safety protocols throughout the construction site

**To succeed, you have**:

- At least junior-level experience from working as an electrical and/or automation supervisor
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- The right attitude to be able to grow professionally
- Fluent English skills, other language skills (for example Swedish) are considered a benefit
- Suitable education in engineering studies
