**Who We Are**

We are a collection of members' clubs, restaurants, hotels and cinemas, catering to those in the film, media, fashion and creative industries. **The Role**

We are currently looking for an outstanding Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to oversee the smooth running of the kitchen operations whilst delivering exemplary service, with the following duties:

- FOCUSING ON COMPANY STANDARDS: food preparation, storing and service
FOOD PREPARATION: organizing the preparation, delegating the tasks to the right people, keeping on training the chefs, checking the whole line before services and that the food is always prepared according to the recipes.
- STORING: checking the deliveries (quality of products, conformity) and that the food is stored according the HACCP rules.
- SERVICE: being on point about the timing of service, checking that the food served meets the standards in terms of quality, presentation, temperature and taste.
- ORDERING: Setting up orders through Adaco, being updated on ingredients costs, suppliers specifics, managing with the Purchase department related issues, if needed.
- PROBLEM SOLVING - Being guests orientated when making decisions
- INVENTORY - Support the Head Chef with the Inventory
- CLEANINGS - Making sure the kitchen is always clean and tidy, the wastage is differentiated accordingly with the local rules and communicate effectively with the KP's responsible person to make sure the kitchen, the BOH and the wastage area are always organized and clean.
- EVENTS - Supporting the Head Chef with the planning and delivering of events
- COOKHOUSES - Supporting the Head Chef with the planning and delivering of the Cookhouses
- AM/PM MEETINGS - Participating to the AM and PM meetings, in absence of the Head Chef
- BRIEFINGS - Organizing daily briefings with the floor team before the lunch and dinner service, in absence of the Head Chef
