Emear - Continuous Improvement Process Manager

In particular:
- Make GAP analysis in MME-Senica plant and identify quick-wins, opportunities and intervention areas;
- In full coordination with plant managers define roadmap, with actions times and targets of CI & Maccaferri Prod. Syst. for Senica plant as priority. Other manufacturing plants of EMEAR Region as second step;
- Ensure follow up of Region roadmap and active "on-field" support (activities and trainings) to Manufacturing plants for implementation;
- Define standard reporting to ensure periodical feedback on CI activities and achivements; development of the KPI system;
- Ensure Product Standard costing in full coordination with industrial controlling team.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business, Supply Chain or other Operations related field;
- 4 years of relevent experience in roles or similar tasks within modernly structured companies with a Lean-Oriented manufacturing approach (min 2 years on-field-experience);
- Strong negotiation and networking skills, strong leadership and management skills, multi-tasking and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks;
- Fluent in English.
