A diretto riporto del Senior Warehouse Manager, per il magazzino di Castel San Giovanni, ricerchiamo un/una Warehouse Manager, che si occuperò di guidare il proprio dipartimento operativo.

**Attività**:

- Coordinerai gli Shift leader e ti assicurerai che il corretto fabbisogno di risorse per ogni reparto venga soddisfatto;
- Ti assicurerai che il piano di produzione giornaliero e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi siano rispettati;
- Ti occuperai di elaborare un piano di miglioramento continuo dei processi operativi, volti ad aumentarne l'efficienza e ridurne i costi;
- Individuerai criticità riguardo agli standard Health & Safety e proporrai interventi correttivi, assicurandoti dell’implementazione e dell’efficacia degli stessi;
- Effettuerai una valutazione periodica sull’operato degli Shift leader in accordo con le procedure aziendali e definisce con la funzione People&Culture i piani di sviluppo e le azioni da intraprendere.

**Requisiti**
- Hai una Laurea in materie ingegneristiche/scientifiche;
- Hai comprovata esperienza nell’area Operations in aziende strutturate e complesse;
- Hai un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese C1;
- Hai ottime capacità informatiche e conoscenza dei principali software gestionali;
- Sai creare un ambiente positivo e guidare il gruppo tramite una leadership basata sul buon esempio;
- Hai spiccate Doti comunicative e relazionali che incoraggino una comunicazione aperta e sincera;
- Competenza in people management, saper riconoscere il potenziale e stimolare l’entusiasmo.
