**Posizione**:
Within the Syndicate Debt Division of Mediobanca (which follows the placement of bonds and loans to institutional investors) you will be part of the Credit Portfolio Management (CPM) team which is strategically in charge of monitoring and optimize the stock of loans in the bank portfolio in terms of profitability, capital allocation and risk improvement.

You will be required to work in collaboration with the Financing, Syndicate and Debt Origination colleagues across different jurisdictions (Italy, Spain, UK, France), but also to interact with Treasury, Accounting and Risk departments.

This internship offers the unique opportunity to discover a wide range of debt products and develop technical and interpersonal skills within a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

**Your mission**

As part of the CPM team, you will:
Ø Support the CPM team (composed by 3 people of different seniority) in their ordinary activity (such as ROAC analysis, RWA analysis, credit analysis, management of distressed credits, Budget & Financial planning )

Ø Market analysis on different topics

Get familiar with debt capital markets products

**Requisiti**:
**_Education_**

Ø Master degree from a top Business or Engineering university with a specialization in Finance or Capital Markets.

Ø Good academic knowledge in the major product families, in particular debt capital market products.

Ø Ability to listen, critical thinking and empathy

Ø Fluency in English and additional European language (both oral and written communication)
