**TURATI**

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

**THE ROLE**

NGGH++ is looking for a Marketplace Merchandiser specialised in footwear to develop and manage high value accounts that secure new products selection, value and pricing to our clients. You will analyse product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key market players

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality and global trends and continually monitor competitors
- Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential buyers through direct sales visits, events, and presentations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve buyer issues
- Support in driving seasonal marketing plans
- Support in driving asset requirements and marketing needs to support the range of brand, category, product, editorial needs

WHO YOU ARE
- 4+ years experience in a similar role preferably in a sports brand
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or similar; a Master's is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the sports and luxury industry with great product sensitivity
- Good experience in qualitative and quantitative research design, analysis, and consumer insights
- Excellent communications skills both in writing and in delivering presentations
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Great eye for detail, flexible with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English written and spoken, an additional language is a plus
