Prestigious national and international hotel chain offers an internship opportunity as a Front Office Assistant in Milan.

The role will involve:

- Managing check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and efficient service during their arrival and departure.
- Handling reservations including confirmation, modification, and cancellation, keeping the reservation system always updated.
- Answering incoming calls through the switchboard, providing information, assistance, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Resolving guests’ daily issues and managing special requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions to their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using computers and reservation software.
- Positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Natural inclination towards teamwork.
