Essere in possesso di qualifica di ASPP
- Laurea nel settore Sicurezza, Ingegneria o altri campi specifici come minimo e tra i 6 mesi - 1 anno di esperienza lavorativa nel settore Sicurezza (incluso esperienze di stage)
- Come alternativa ai requisiti tecnici può essere considerata Diploma di scuola superiore e minimo 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di ASPP/RSPP in ambiti produttivi/ produzione/ magazzino
- Può dimostrare comprensione delle rilevanti ed essenziali normative in ambito di sicurezza;
- Possiede una meticolosa cura ed attenzione ai dettagli;
- Possibilità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto la mínima supervisione;
- Abilità di lavorare per obbiettivi e scadenze;
- Avere buone capacità comunicative, verbali e scritte;
- Livello minimo di inglese A2
- Proattività e capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto office ed alter piattaforme infrastrutturali

Per raggiungere questo risultato stiamo cercando un Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione con una propensione per l’azione che possa fare un passo aggiuntivo per garantire la Salute e Sicurezza in tutto il Magazzino.
La posizione è una figura cruciale nel dipartimento di Salute e Sicurezza, che riporterà direttamente al Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione ed i compiti prevalenti saranno:
Key job responsibilities
- Effettuare Valutazioni del Rischio e verificare l’implementazione delle misure di controllo fino al loro completamento
- Effettuare report giornalieri sulle metriche interne e riportare le deviazioni
- Approfondire i dati sulla i dati relativi alla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, come indice infortunistico e Near Miss
- Fare leva sulla tua conoscenza della normativa e procedure Amazon che apprenderai per effettuare attività di auditing per consigliare i dipendenti e loro preposti sul modo sicuro di lavorare
- Diventare con il tempo un esperto in materia nella tua specifica area di competenza mentre sei attento a non condividere informazioni sensibili fuori dalle tue competenze e/o portata
- Monitorare continuamente l’ambiente lavorativo mantenendo un’alta attenzione sul rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza secondo le procedure sulla sicurezza di Amazon
- Supportare nell’investigare incidenti e near miss al fine di determinarne la causa radice
- Sviluppare piani d’azione per assicurare continuamente ed in modo sostenuto la cogenza normativa
- Comportarsi sempre in modo professionale mantenendo la confidenzialità delle informazioni durante le indagini degli incidenti
- Garantire flessibilità per l’orario ai fini di garantire il completamento delle indagini di incidenti, disponibilità a lavorare sui turni compreso weekend.
- Essere in grado di supportare il magazzino attraverso l’utilizzo di strumenti specifici e piattaforme informatiche
- Supportare il magazzino attraverso la formazione continua su temi di salute e sicurezza

A day in the life
- Verificare le informazioni del turno precedente
- Mettere in pratica le routine giornaliere, settimanali o mensili
- Fare audit nel magazzino in tutte le sue aree operative
- Confrontarsi quotidianamente con Operations per verificare l’attuazione delle procedure di sicurezza
- Supervisione e verifica del sistema gestionale sulla sicurezza

About the team
Il team di cui entreresti a far parte è composto da 7 membri guidati da un/una Manager (RSPP) con il supporto di un/una Specialist (ASPP Specializzato) e 5 Tecnici che girano su turni. Il team è molto coeso e si da una mano per le varie attività, si effettuato meeting di team tra turni e settimanali. Si lavora insieme con l’unico obbiettivo di garantire i più alti standard in materia di salute e sicurezza ai nostri dipendenti.

- Dimostrazione dell’abilità di imparare velocemente, mentre si lavora con nuovi processi e procedure,
- Possibilità di lavorare con il minimo livello di supervisione,
- Essere flessibili ed adattabili, lavorare su turni ed essere in grado di venire incontro ai bisogni del business
- Lavorare in squadra e contribuire ad un ambiente positivo e stimolante
- Avere entusiasmo ed auto motivazione tutti i giorni
- Conoscere o avere esperienza con Gensuite o altri applicativi EHS
- Parlare e scrivere in modo fluente in Inglese ed Italiano
