**Discover your exciting role**:

- The Construction Supervisor is responsible of superintending and co-ordinate installation activities in respect of quality, time schedule and safety.

The Construction Superintendent will report to Construction Manager.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- The Construction Supervisor has the responsibility to:

- Be on site during installation activities
- Have knowledge of the terms of the Construction Contract and of the Construction documents, including the complete drawings; specifications; change documents; and any other pertinent technical documents relevant to the scope of work he has to superintend
- Direct supervise and plan construction activities for systems in his scope. He is also responsible for the direct supervision of on-site construction personnel, Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Direct supervise and plan correct materials handling, transportation and storage activities
- Be responsible for the safety, maintenance, and proper care of construction and testing equipment.
- Perform Quality Control functions and verify that specified and/or approved materials, quality of workmanship, etc. are being used.
- Prepare Installation Check lists / action plans and reports on the works progress and highlight problems
- Prepare Installation Punch lists
- Work as a cooperative team member with the Sub-contractors, workers and colleagues
- Record own working hours

**Show your expertise**:

- Technical degree
- Knowledge of the specific technical concepts
- Capability to communicate with personnel and work in team
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English. Good Italian skills are required
- Be available to work overtime when requested
