Pirelli, leading tire manufacturing company, with over €5,3bln turnover in 2021, is looking for a talented Working Capital Solutions Specialist for our International Treasury Centre based in our HQ in Milan which acts as a central bank to the Group.
The team is responsible for the Group financing on bank and capital markets, management of the group’s liquidity, financial risks as well as treasury planning. It is also responsible for the subsidiaries’ capital structure and provides support to optimize their working capital needs.
As part of our finance team, you will interface with internal and external stakeholders.
Your financial analysis and dealing will impacts on the ability of the Group to achieve healthy growth and long term financial results.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the international factoring programme, acting as a bridge between in-country operations, the factor and other service providers such as credit insurers and lawyers;
- Roll out the factoring programme to additional countries to maximise the working capital benefits
- Play an active role on the innovative project for the consolidation of the current factoring programme thought to the introduction of an e-platform
- Re-structuring of the supply chain financing programme
- Be the point of reference for our external and internal stakeholder on working capital optimization activities
- A finance professional in a structured multi-national corporation (3+ years experience) that is looking to expand his/her area of expertise and he/she’s ready to take the next step in terms of responsibilities or a factoring/reverse factoring specialist (3+ years experience) in a financial institution/factor that wants to jump on the other side of the fence.
- Strong communication skills in international and complex environments
- Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
- Entrepreneurial, rigorous, analytical and problem solving approach
