**Webuild** è alla ricerca di un **Technical Training Coordinator** da inserire all'interno del progetto Academy, per gestire i bootcamp presente in **Campania/Puglia**. La figura selezionata si occuperà, inoltre, di **progettualità HR dedicate, in supproto alla Corporate, **su **scala Globale.**

**Il ruolo sarà basato ad Apice in provincia di Benevento.**

**Non è prevista la possibilità di Smart Working, un alloggio verrà messo a disposizione per chi ne facesse richiesta.**

Il bootcamp, all’interno dell’Academy di Webuild, è il luogo della formazione specialistica dei neoassunti, svolta principalmente presso i nostri cantieri, con l’obiettivo di fornire competenze chiave per operare in sicurezza e con competenza nella realizzazione di opere ed infrastrutture. Il bootcamp è rivolto in modo particolare alle figure professionali di cantiere (es. escavatoristi, lancisti, operatori TBM, elettricisti ecc..) e prevede l’applicazione di metodologie formative eterogenee come aula, training on the job, e-learning, simulazioni.

**Attività**:

- ** Coordina e gestisce le attività di segreteria organizzativa del Bootcamp/Scuola dei Mestieri;**
- **Prende parte a progetti di sviluppo e formazione su scala globale con diretto riporto a Corporate**
- Gestisce la programmazione dei corsi,
- Coordina ed esegue le attività di gestione della piattaforma LMS per la Scuola dei mestieri/Bootcamp
- Coordina le attività di approvvigionamento e budgeting in accordo con le diverse funzioni aziendali
- Monitora e valuta i KPI formativi: livello di apprendimento, di trasferimento delle competenze, soddisfazione dei partecipanti e qualità della docenza
- Coordina e monitora l’andamento dei corsi e risolve con i responsabili problemi contingenti, in stretta collaborazione con la funzione Qualità, Salute, Ambiente e Sicurezza
- Propone ed implementa soluzioni innovative
- Gestisce i rapporti con i Consorzi dei cantieri che ospitano i Bootcamp
- Gestisce gli studenti in ingresso, e nel periodo di permanenza all’interno del Bootcamp e in uscita
- Gestisce il processo di formazione e certificazione dei docenti della Scuola dei Mestieri/Bootcamp
- Mantiene una continua relazione con studenti, docenti e principali stakeholder al fine di garantire un elevato standard del servizio
- Gestisce e coordina le diverse attività di manutenzione garantendo l’efficienza di tutte le macchine e attrezzature della formazione técnica
- Si interfaccia con le funzioni dell’Academy, soprattutto in sinergia la funzione Qualità, Salute, Ambiente e Sicurezza

**Competenze richieste**:

- **Laurea magistrale o Laurea triennale** con Specializzazione/Master, preferibilmente in materie economiche/umanistiche.
- **Esperienza di almeno 3/5 anni in contesti strutturati multinazionali in ambito HR**:

- ** Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese**:

- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (con particolare attenzione ad Excel e Power Point)
- Capacità di tutorship
- Conoscenza delle principali piattaforme LMS e software di gestione HR
- Conoscenze delle procedure per il finanziamento della formazione
- Conoscenza dei processi legati alla progettazione formativa;
- Capacità di gestione segreteria organizzativa della formazione
- Capacità di gestione partner e fornitori
