Biddable Media Lead

GroupM is looking for a Biddable Lead to manage Biddable Media Team and Clients (Paid Search & Paid Social).
As a **Biddable Media Lead**, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search and social activity, employing strong platform knowledge & supplier relationships to deliver flawless testing and media plans, optimization, analysis.
The role involves managing the team, overseeing their work and their development to successfully execute client deliverables and exceed client’s expectations.
You will be responsible for developing the best Biddable Media Strategy for the assigned client, manage 5-6 Biddable Specialist and help them in their professional growth and proactively manage Clients.
You will collaborate with other departments in order to integrate Biddable Media along with other media activities

- Manage Biddable Media Specialist
- Clients Accounting and partner management
**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social Campaigns
- Demonstrated success in managing large clients/big budget campaigns
- Strategic thinker
- Team work skills
- Problem solver
- Organized, proactive and ability to develop creative solutions
- Excellent with numbers and a strong eye for detail
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SA360, Sizmek, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Services
- Advanced computer knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fluent in business English.
