- In this role, you will directly work with the **Chief Human Resources Officer **to expand our **HR **team in **Milan **and collaborate with top management.
We want to hear your ideas and get your input on how to design effective HR initiatives and deliver innovative solutions.

**Who Are You**
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, or a similar field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Sound knowledge of all main Social Media Platforms
- Previous work experience as People&Culture role at least for 4 years in defining and implementing both HR and Internal Communication strategies preferably gained with a strategic consulting companies
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1)
