**Responsabile Customer Service**

per la propria sede in Toscana.

La Persona avrà la responsabilità di:

- Curare i rapporti con rappresentanti di vendita, reparti logistici e magazzini
- Gestire l’evasione degli ordini di vendita, dall’acquisizione alla spedizione
- Predisporre preventivi di vendita
- Gestire il follow up client e il servizio post-vendita
- Fornire supporto ai Clienti su prodotti, stock, prezzi, tempi di consegna, fatture, stato dei loro ordini, ecc.

Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo e nelle funzioni
- **Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese**; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua europea è gradita.
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi Outlook, Word, Excel e ERP.
- Positività, buone doti relazionali, attenzione ai dettagli, senso dell’organizzazione, attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione dello stress

L'azienda offre contratto a tempo indeterminato a tempo pieno, buon clima lavorativo in un ambiente internazionale, programma annuale di aumento salariale basato su strumenti di misurazione oggettivi, partecipazione annuale agli utili, viaggi internazionali occasionali.
