**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervisionerai i progetti dei clienti assegnati
- Coordinerai un team di lavoro dedicato
- Ti occuperai della formazione e della crescita delle risorse del tuo team
- Svilupperai e manterrai ottime relazioni con il portfolio clienti assegnato
- Dovrai capire le esigenze dei clienti anticipandole e proponendo proattivamente soluzioni e nuove opportunità
- Lavorerai su gare e progetti strategici per l'agenzia
- Sarai responsabile dell’effettivo _ongoing_ dei contratti con i clienti
- Gestirai i tempi e il flusso di lavoro nei vari team di progetto
- Avrai la completa visione d’insieme sui progetti e saprai proporre soluzioni _win win_ agenzia-cliente

**ABOUT YOU**
- Fra i 3 e i 5 anni di esperienza come account supervisor o in ruolo similare
- Esperienza nella gestione di risorse (sia junior che senior)
- Sai utilizzare il Pacchetto Office (Excel nello specifico) e Google Suite
- Conosci il mondo Mac e Keynote
- Sei appassionato di digitale, conosci i trend e ti piace sperimentare
- Sei fortemente orientato al cliente
- Sai gestire deadline e priorità
- Sei una persona comunicativa e un team player con ottime capacità di espressione scritta e orale
- Sei preciso, puntuale, autonomo e proattivo
