Product management in ROCKWOOL aims to create and maintain a strategically well-positioned product portfolio, with focus on improving sales, market share and profitability performance across full lifecycle.

Working in an international environment your key stakeholders are based on different European countries.

Owning the product assortment throughout the lifecycle; planning and launching new products, tracking performance of existing products and phasing out products at the end of their lifecycle you will come up with compelling products, systems, and services to support our strategy and objectives.

This is the role:
- Continuously gathers input from internal and external sources and translates it into product development and management opportunities- Identifies and develops European networks and partnerships to the benefit of the product development- Develops clear scoping documents to assess the feasibility and advisability of projects.- Supports development of supportive tools for the European sales team- Secures engagement from relevant internal and external stakeholders in projects- Ensures that all our products, systems and services are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations- Works with other departments to establish a design, technology, product development strategy.- Manages project budgets and prepares financial analysis reports for management.- Interfaces with sales and supply chain in technical development of products- Manages product certificates, harmonization for product specification, Product cost actions and product optimization and technical inquiries- Translates customer requests into product specifications

This is who you are- Engineering / Master degree in Marketing / Building physics with a stream on Product Management- 5+ years’ experience in product management role within construction or industry- English- Project management skills- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills- Strong lead with proactive mindset with ability to engage others, build internal and external network and share relevant information- Good digital working knowledge: from Microsoft Office to Social Network- Team worker in an international environment
