**This role**
As a part of the Revenue Team, you will act as a connection between the marketing and sales teams, helping move prospects through the pipeline. You will reach out to warm and cool leads who have opted into the marketing funnels to continue the lead nurturing process, conduct initial meetings, provide non-technical demos of our tools, and ultimately set meetings for the sales team. Your primary role will be to qualify leads and accelerate their progress in the pipeline by nurturing cold leads into warm prospects, as well as identifying optimal new prospective clients for outreach efforts.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting daily prospect outreach calls, initial prospecting calls, and non-technical demos
- Researching companies to qualify prospects for sales and create strategic communication plans
- Coordinating with marketing and sales teams so that all leads are followed up on and dealt with appropriately
- Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports that provide sales with all the information they would need to identify the right offer for each company
- Providing customer service to potential clients by answering questions about products and services offered by the company
- Generating sales leads for businesses by identifying potential clients and encouraging them to schedule a demo
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential clients by collecting contact information and other relevant data
- Maintaining relationships with potential clients by checking in regularly and providing them with information about new products or services offered by Evo
- Defining and delivering high-quality presentations according to Evo company standards
- Collaborating across Evo teams to improve end-to-end solutions and solve customer challenges
**Requirements**:
- Passionate in the field of lead generation or sales
- Working on site with smart-working option
- Basic knowledge or understanding of CRM and other lead management systems, especially Hubspot.
- High schools studies in Business/ Marketing/ Economics or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- High level of spoken and written English and Italian
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize work
**Nice to have skills**
- Experience in prospect outreach
- University degree in Business/ Marketing/ Economics or equivalent
- preferable but not required
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies and software
- Analytical skills and experience assessing campaign performance based on data
- General business and supply chain knowledge
- Fluency in French and Spanish
