**Job Description**:
Where and when could you start the internship with us

Starting from November 21st, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Accounting Team
Here the internship roles we are looking for within the Accounting department:
Account Payable Intern

**Tasks**:
Posting of Italian and foreign invoices in SAP system
Posting of Italian and foreign invoices in Stealth system
Management of the approval workflow
Management of automatic data flows for invoices
Intercompany reconciliations check
Support on Digital Archiving
What will you learn with us

To be able to book all the types of vendor invoices using different tools
To analyze the operations the end of month balance closing
To monitor the flow of the electronic invoice from the receipt to the fiscal archiving
General Accounting Intern

**Tasks**:
Accounts receivable invoice accounting
Accounting cash sheets
Accounting first note entries
Accounting receipts
Account reconciliation
What will youlearn with us

General accounting:
Daily first note accounting
General accounting:
Month-end closings
Accounting reconciliations
What are the basics

Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Accounting|Economic Business
Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is considered a plus
Fluency in Italian and English
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Team-Working Attitude
Flexibility
Problem-solving
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities is considered a plus
