District Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented **District Manager** to join our Retail Team and oversee our retail operations in Italy and Europe.

Reporting to the **Senior Retail Manager Champion**, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing company strategies to elevate the customer experience and strengthen our brand presence in the sportswear market.

**Responsibilities**.
- Lead and inspire multiple stores to meet sales targets and KPIs, driving outstanding results across the Area.
- Develop high-performing teams by coaching and empowering Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure brand excellence in every aspect of customer service, visual merchandising, and operations to maintain a strong, consistent brand presence.
- Analyze store performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align local strategies with global objectives.
- Drive new store openings, regional projects, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead omnichannel initiatives, creating a unified, exceptional experience for customers both in-store and online.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as Store Manager in multi-store retail management, preferably in sportswear or fashion.
- Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
- Passion for retail and customer service oriented.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets.
- Agile approach with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe (up to 80% travel).
