Development Technician

**Cogne Acciai Speciali S.p.A.** leading manufacturer of stainless and special long steels, is hiring staff with proven skillset and background, in the position of:
**DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN - HSE**

**Posizione**:
**Responsible for**:

- analysing production processes to develop improved technological plant solutions to reduce environmental impact, market research;
- developing analytical methodology of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA);
- developing carbon footprint methodology to measure, manage and report greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions related to materials produced at the Plant;
- implementing projects to decrease emissions of CO₂ and pollutants to the atmosphere and water;
- monitoring updates contained in Brefs (BAT Reference Documents);
- obtaining and maintaining certifications and authorizations (14001, AIA etc.);
- participation in internal and external audits and working groups with industry associations.

**Requisiti**:
**Qualifications/ Requirements**:

- Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Sciences
- Solid knowledge of Italian environmental legislation (Legislative Decree 152/06)
- Office proficient
