**What is your role?**

**Your day in the life of SAP FI CO Specialist in ITT**
- Implement and support SAP FICO modules in both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP 4.6 environments.
- Conduct requirement gathering, blueprinting, and process design activities.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide end-user support and training for SAP FICO functionalities.
- Perform system testing and integration testing for SAP FICO configurations and custom developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and enhancements.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of SAP FICO projects.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends, best practices, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Requisiti di posizione:
**What will make you our perfect match?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
- Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
- Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, customization, and support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Polish or another European language is a plus.
- SAP certification in FICO is preferred but not mandatory.

**Nice to have**
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
- Experience with SAP FICO data migration and interface development.
- Understanding of SAP FICO reporting tools and techniques.
- Project management experience or certification PMP is an advantage.
