La Società ns Cliente, multinazionale industriale con tecnologie di ultima generazione e mercato in crescita, ci ha richiesto di cercare la seguente figura:
**PRODUCTION MANAGER
**Posizione**:
Rispondendo al Production Director, saranno suoi principali **obiettivi**:

- Coordinamento di una specifica fase della produzione con circa 80 riporti indiretti e 12 / 15 diretti, attraverso motivazione e training costante con approccio da leader.
- Sicurezza e Qualità come orientamento costante attraverso la definizione e l’implementazione di linee guida e istruzioni a tutti i livelli di processo, al fine di assicurare l’efficienza produttiva in armonia con la salute e sicurezza degli operatori e con la soddisfazione del Cliente in termini di qualità di prodotto e tempi di consegna.
- Assicurare il corretto svolgimento dell’attività produttive e gli standard di processo, tempi e metodi, attraverso la gestione di turni, capiturno, cambi formato, coordinando tutti i dipartimenti coinvolti.
- Assicurare il corretto costo prodotto e l’ottimizzazione delle attività.
- Performance analysis del proprio settore di riferimento, stabilire e implementare tempestivamente azioni correttive per il conseguimento del risultato atteso.
- Analizzare i fermi macchina, stabilendo azioni correttive tempestive.

**Requisiti**:
La Risorsa ideale ha una formazione in **Ingegneria Meccanica o Ingegneria Chimica **e ha maturato un’esperienza di almeno 7 / 10 anni in ruoli analoghi, con spiccate doti di leadership e people management, in **industrie di processo e a ciclo continuo**, presso Aziende strutturate e di respiro internazionale, con forte orientamento all’automazione e informatizzazione dei processi produttivi.

Completano il profilo_**: leadership pratica e operativa, gestione manageriale degli asset, capacità relazionali, capacità organizzative, di analisi e di pianificazione.

La provenienza da settori industriali come acciaierie, industrie refrattarie, industrie metalliche può essere considerata un plus.

Per il ruolo ed il contesto internazionale dell’Azienda è indispensabile la** conoscenza della lingua inglese** ad un livello fluente.
