Mission of the role
We are looking for an energetic and process driven
**Controlling Specialist **to join our Finance Team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). He/she will
** **focus on supporting the
**Digital, Content and Services Areas** in all finance operations and coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and monthly variance reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct variance analysis and reporting and business and profitability analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial and economic data
- Support the creation of business dashboards
- Report on and analyze sales and margins based on several analytical aspects
- Support the budgeting process
- Develop annual budget and monthly forecasts
- Assess and support the development of the areas’ operational plans
- Support Branches in preparing financial reports and oversee local accounting adjustments
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Economics
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Analytical mindset and attitude
- Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques
- Managing profit & loss and cash flow
- Knowledge of product economics (volumes, pricing, margins ROI)
- Business financial analysis
- Gap and variance analysis
- Pricing analysis
- Passion for Sports, Enthusiasm, Humility, Pro-activity, and Ethics complete the desired profile
