Change Agent

Requisition ID: 34678- Job Location(s): Pomezia, ITWe have an immediate opportunity for a Change Agente to join us at our diverse team at the site of Pomezia (Roma) - Italy. The Change Agent will be responsible for identifying, leading and implementing lean manufacturing, productivity programs by building up a continuous improvement culture.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Ensures knowledge sharing and lean principles in all the production lines
- Improves compliance with the company system audit
- Drives productivity improvement activities
- Keeps safety and quality as high priority areas
- Facilitates and improves root cause problem solving process and performance management system

**Background & Skills**:

- Master degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
- Brilliant in English language, both written and oral
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Good communication skills
- German language knowledge, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies are a plus.
