Your responsibilities in the HSE Area:

- cover ASPP role (Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione) by collaborating with RSPP to:

- Identify the possible sources of risk within the workplace;
- Identify all the necessary prevention, protection and control measures regarding each type of risk;
- develop all the resulting safety procedures;
- draw up the DVR according to what above;
- focus on control measures according to hierarchy of controls;
- implement policies and standards related to HSE;
- inform and train workers on the risks of their work, as well as on everything necessary to manage risks (considering guide lines recommended by INAIL, other public bodies, the region, internal organization etc.);
- participate to all necessary consultations/meetings about HSE;
- manage risk of interference with contractors (DUVRI) whenever necessary;
- ensure legal compliance on HSE topics.
- support deployment and maintaining the internal HSE management systems
- support internal and external audit for safety and environment
- support HSE KPIs monitoring
- support incident investigation.

Your responsibilities in the Quality Area:

- establish and maintain a Quality & Continuous Improvement Culture within local division (LU), by assuring and controlling Quality with systems, tools and teams - Quality KPI monitoring (NCR; Customer complain, Voice of the customer, etc.);
- implement policies and standards related to Quality;
- deploy and maintain the internal quality management system
- enforce quality assurance : works with local management teams to prevent mistakes and defects in products and services and avoid problems when delivering solutions or services to customers. Perform root cause analysis;
- ensure quality control is in place: support effective internal controls to verify that processes continue to meet customer and stakeholder requirements. Validates that control plans are applied and effective in mitigating known risks.
- conduct internal and external audit for quality
