Head of Facility Maintenance

Sidler SA, società di head hunting con sede nel cuore del Ticino, tramite la sua divisione Tech, è alla ricerca di un **Head of Facility Maintenance** presso una delle più importanti realtà d’Europa nel campo della gestione dei parcheggi pubblici.

Il gruppo gestisce parcheggi pubblici di proprietà su tutto il territorio italiano, avrai la responsabilità della gestione e del mantenimento di tutti gli asset, lavorando dal loro HQ basato a **Venezia**, con la disponibilità di raggiungere i diversi parcheggi sparsi nel territorio.

Il tuo ruolo sarà quello di **essere il punto di riferimento per tutto ciò che riguarda gli impianti aziendali**, dalla sorveglianza antincendio all'elettricità e alla videosorveglianza, e molto altro ancora. Ti occuperai di gestire tutte le pratiche e la documentazione necessaria, compresi i registri di manutenzione, per garantire che tutto funzioni a perfezione.

Avrai anche il compito di controllare le **manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie**, effettuando ispezioni delle strutture per individuare e risolvere eventuali problemi. **Sarai il punto di contatto** con appaltatori, fornitori e altre aziende coinvolte nelle operazioni di manutenzione, garantendo che tutto sia gestito in modo efficiente e professionale.

Un aspetto fondamentale del tuo ruolo sarà **il coordinamento e il controllo** dei cantieri in tutte le sedi aziendali, garantendo che i lavori di manutenzione si svolgano in modo sicuro e efficiente. **Collaborerai strettamente con il Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (RSPP) **per assicurarti che tutte le attività siano conformi alle normative vigenti in materia di salute e sicurezza.

In poche parole, **sarai la figura chiave per garantire che tutti gli impianti aziendali funzionino** in modo efficiente e sicuro, contribuendo al successo e alla crescita dell'azienda.
- Esperienza nella supervisione delle strutture (facilities) aziendali
- **Ottima conoscenza degli impianti antincendio**, rivelazione incendio. Molto gradita la conoscenza di altri impianti.
- Conoscenza dei processi della manutenzione e delle normative in materia di salute e sicurezza.
- Buona abilità alle relazioni interpersonali
- Disponibilità e predisposizione al lavoro in Team
- Disponibilità a trasferte in tutte le sedi del territorio nazionale (prevalentemente giornaliere ma non solo)
- Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea (ingegneria/gestione delle strutture) comunque ad indirizzo tecnico
- Discreta conoscenza della lingua inglese

**Per questo ruolo non è previsto lo Smart Working.**
