Il Salviatino di Firenze, struttura 5 stelle appartenente al circuito Small Luxury Hotels of The World, è alla ricerca di una figura di Food & Beverage Manager.

L’edificio che ospita Il Salviatino risale al XV secolo ed è immerso nelle dolci colline toscane, con viste spettacolari sulla natura circostante e sulla bellezza della città di Firenze. Una maestosa villa rinascimentale in precedenza adibita a casa privata, un’importante eredità che è rimasta anche dopo la trasformazione in lussuoso hotel 5* con le sue 40 camere e suite, piscina esterna, SPA ed il famoso ristorante Giacomo al Salviatino.

**Descrizione della posizione**:
Gestire e supervisionare l'intera operazione di Food & Beverage del resort, inclusi ristoranti, bar, servizio in camera e catering per eventi speciali
Gestire e garantire un miglioramento continuo e proporre azioni correttive e migliorative per un raggiungimento efficace dei KPI
Sviluppare e implementare strategie per aumentare le entrate del settore Food & Beverage, migliorare la qualità del servizio e ottimizzare i costi
Supervisionare il reclutamento, la formazione e lo sviluppo del personale del Food & Beverage, garantendo che siano ben addestrati e motivati
Collaborare con il team di cucina per creare e migliorare il menu, tenendo conto delle esigenze dei clienti e delle tendenze del settore
Mantenere standard igienici e di sicurezza alimentare rigorosi in conformità con le normative vigenti
Avere un'ottima conoscenza dei processi interni dell’Hotel e del brand assicurandosi che tutto il team sia costantemente aggiornato in merito a tariffe, promozioni e standard
Predisporre e monitorare il budget di reparto, analizzarne gli scostamenti rispetto ai costi e ai fatturati effettivi ed elaborare relativa reportistica
Rispettare e far rispettare gli standard di servizio, gli obblighi e i requisiti di sicurezza in materia di norme antincendio e di salute e sicurezza
Garantire la corretta applicazione e il miglioramento degli standard qualitativi previsti e delle procedure operative definite

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza comprovata ( minimo 2 anni) in ruoli di gestione del settore Food & Beverage in strutture di lusso o contesti similari
Conoscenza approfondita della cucina e delle bevande
Eccellenti abilità di leadership e capacità di gestione del personale
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e relazione con il cliente
Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di gestione del budget
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di un'altra lingua sarà considerata un plus
