**Job responsibilities**:
The Documentation Specialist is part of the R&D team and reports to the Industrialization Manager. The resource is responsible for the creation of technical documentation.

**Essential tasks**:

- Business process management for the creation of new products (eM9 - Process Maker)
- Designs of New Finished Product Labels and related maintenance (Corel Draw)
- Maintenance instruction booklets (Word)
- Master data management on company program (Jgalileo)
- Support and interactions with production and foreign plants (Codesoft - Label Program)
- Support to the team for the verification of the documentation related to pre-series before the production

**Required qualifications and experience**:

- Technical diploma
- Previous HVAC/Refrigeration experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Windows Office package
- Knowledge of Corel Draw
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactivity in identifying and anticipating any problems or anomalies in order to plan adequate corrective and/or improvement actions
- Knowledge of the English language
