**People Payroll & Operations Trainee**

HEINEKEN è presente in Italia dal 1974 con l’acquisizione di Birra Dreher e del birrificio di Massafra.

Nel 1986 inizia la crescita dell’azienda grazie all’acquisizione di Birra Ichnusa Spa, birrificio di Assemini in provincia di Cagliari.

Nel 1989 HEINEKEN costituisce Partesa, società specializzata nei servizi di vendita, distribuzione, consulenza e formazione per il canale Ho.Re.Ca. Ad oggi opera in 13 regioni con 42 depositi, impiega circa 1.000 persone e conta oltre 43.000 clienti, a cui offre un ampio portfolio di prodotti di qualità (oltre 9.000 referenze nell’ambito della birra, del vino, degli spirits, delle bevande analcoliche e del food), nonché efficienza logística, servizi personalizzati, formazione, consulenza mirata e innovativi strumenti digitali per supportare i professionisti del fuoricasa a rafforzare e sviluppare il proprio business.

Nel 1995 viene acquisito il birrificio di Comun Nuovo (BG), oggi il più grande in Italia con 2,7 milioni di ettolitri di birra prodotta ogni anno. Con l’acquisizione di Birra Moretti nel 1996 HEINEKEN Italia raggiunge le dimensioni attuali.

Primo produttore di birra in Italia con il 33,3% di quota di mercato (fonte Annual Report 2020 AssoBirra), HEINEKEN Italia impiega oltre 2.000 dipendenti e produce oltre 6 milioni di ettolitri di birra ogni anno nei 4 birrifici presenti sul territorio nazionale: Comun Nuovo (BG), Pollein (AO), Massafra (TA) e Assemini (CA).

**LA POSIZIONE E IL TEAM**

HEINEKEN Italia è alla ricerca di un/una People Payroll & Operation Trainee all’interno della funzione People presso la nostra centrale.

**DI COSA TI OCCUPERAI**
- Supporto alla gestione ticket Ask HR: consegnare documenti ex dipendenti (buste paga, cu, etc ) - Controllo ticket induction e smistamento nelle cartelline paghe
- Caricamento certificati medici in zucchetti
- Compilazione moduli da mettere in firma (Adesioni Alifond, Liquidazioni Alifond, Certificati di servizio, etc )
- Supporto gestione file flussi e push con people manager
- Supporto gestione file flussi e push con people manager
- Preparazione lettere settimanali
- Comunicazione (strumenti e procedure ASKHR) & processi (continuous improvement)
- Supporto induction e applicativi colleghi

**CHI SEI**:

- Laurea in materie umanistiche/economiche, nice to have focus sulla gestione delle Risorse Umane;
- Hai passione per acquisire nuove conoscenze;
- Hai buone capacità di ascolto e ti piace lavorare in team;
- Hai una propensione per i dettagli e attenzione alla pianificazione e alla gestione del tempo, considerato il contesto estremamente dinamico;
- Hai buone capacità analitiche, un forte orientamento al Problem solving e importanti skills di comunicazione
- Hai un’ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Hai una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (Listening & writing);
- Flessibilità, predisposizione al cambiamento, intraprendenza, curiosità e velocità di pensiero ed azione
