**Posizione**:
ACTIA Italy is searching for an **experienced QUALITY SPECIALIST** reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

As a **Quality Specialist** you will be responsible for the **development and maintenance of Quality System and Improvement programs**, ensuring **compliance **with the company policies and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain the Quality System in line with corporate objectives and policies
- Guide organization through new practices, standards and certifications
- Lead Auditor to schedule, plan, perform and document internal audits
- Host external audits and respond to audit findings
- Support the top management for KPIs definition, overseeing and maintaining the KPIs system
- Support in the development of programs to optimize and increase processes efficiency
- Serves as the document control system owner, supporting teams in creation/revision of quality and operating procedures
- Conduct and manage internal trainings related to quality
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing reports

Requisiti:*
**Education**
****
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Science related field

Technical skills (mandatory)*

*
Experience with implementation of quality systems (ISO 9001:2015)
- Lead Auditor Certification
- Understanding of industry practices and processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint)

*
Technical skills (nice to have)*

*
Previous experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in conducting and managing internal training
- Lean Manufacturing
- PPAP, FMEA, APQP
- GDPR knowledge appreciated
