**He aha te mahi? What's the role?**:
This role is a fixed term role from September 2024 to March 2025 to assist the Supply Chain team in planning, creating and communicating the European and international market programs.
- You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Europe at ZGS.
- As Operation Assistant, you will join a dynamic, friendly and result driven team: the Operation Team and will perform the following tasks:

- Assisting the team to create the European and Overseas market orders in due time
- Assisting the Operation team in doing the fruit allocation activities for the European market.
- Ensure all the loading plans provided are accurate and communicate them to suppliers.
- Collaborate to create the European loading plan for the European Market.
- Assist the Supply Chain team with other duties as required

This is an awesome opportunity for a talented individual who has experience in Supply chain or Logistics or export and have also:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent English and Italian, French as an Advantage
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI). SAP knowledge is preferred
- People oriented person with a great team spirit
