**Job Summary**:
Join our team as a Materials & Enabling Technologies Manager
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to drive Material Engineering excellence and innovation in our company.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to innovate on Material Engineering for equipment and Technologies.
As Materials & Enabling Technologies Manager, you will be responsible for the Competence area of Materials Engineering for Equipment and responsible for equipment enabling technologies.
You will lead the way in stakeholder management and influencing, with the confidence and tenacity to drive positive change and deliver tangible results.
You'll also have the opportunity to demonstrate your strong leadership skills by managing direct reports.

The position might be based in Lund (Sweden) or Modena (Italy).

**What you will do**:
As our new Materials & Enabling Technologies Manager, you will:

- Lead the competence centre for materials and enabling technologies
- Owner of the materials specifications
- Lead the scouting of materials and enabling technologies cross Equipment Engineering and beyond
- Owner of design material corporate standards
- Lead the sealing manufacturing (VE, design, process & equipment)
- Secure sealing solutions and materials legal & safety compliance
- Lead TKH for the specific competence areas
- Responsible for identifying and maintaining current/new partnerships together with Supplier Management
- Drive make or buy decision and lead strategic partnerships in alignment with Engineering Integration and Supplier Management
- Drives network in competence areas

**We believe you have**:
**Experience**
- You have a Master degree of PhD in Material Engineering, Chemistry or Material Science.
- You have working experience into Material Engineering topics, from Metal to Polymer, from Coatings to advanced materials
- Preference for experience in Multinational and companies delivering complex products and service
- Experienced in Funded projects will be considered as a plus.
- Knowledge in Tetra Pak processes (PC3.0, Partnership process, SAP-Ariba, ReMa, Power BI)
- Proven experience in stakeholder/relationship management skills, with ability to influence others and leading transformation
