Sarai inserito/a come Leather Goods Production Operations all’interno di Manifattura Veneta Pelletterie (presente con tre stabilimenti nel territorio vicentino) riportando al Direttore Industriale.

**Job Description**:

- How you will contribute?_
- Guiderai i referenti di reparto nella gestione del personale di produzione;
- Monitorerai lo stato di avanzamento produzione delle linee di assemblaggio gestendone le priorità e criticità tecnico produttive;
- Ti occuperai di ricercare il continuo miglioramento dell’efficienza produttiva in ottica Lean, applicando i principi di Lean Manufacturing all’interno dell’organizzazione produttiva;
- Verificherai la lavorabilità gestendone i dati a vista e a sistema;
- Sarai coinvolto in nuovi progetti relativi allo sviluppo industriale.
- Who you are?_
- Una risorsa con Laurea in Ingegneria;
- Esperienza lavorativa di 4-5 anni all’interno di contesti produttivi;
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di Lean Management e interesse per i contesti produttivi;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi gestionali (preferibilmente Stealth3000 e AS400);
- Ottime capacità relazionali, di lavoro in team, di problem solving e gestione delle situazioni di stress;
- Precisione, flessibilità e buone doti comunicative;
- Propensione al lavoro in realtà aziendali strutturate e dinamiche.
