**Job description**
Safilo is looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to be included in Group Business Planning & Reporting area, based in Padova HQ. The resource will be inserted for a 6 months internship and exposed to the key dynamics of the eyewear industry, with the unmatched opportunity to support, develop and practice Business Planning and Reporting in HQ.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take part of key planning moment for a company: the Budget session;
- Develop knowledge of a structured organization and approach key processes;
- Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad-hoc analysis;
- Learn how to work and contribute with Oracle EPM solutions throughout their entire project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing and implementation);
- Ensure that all the reports necessary for the business and relevant stakeholders are produced on schedule and that all the checks on the financial side are carried out;
- Collect requests of Reporting changes linked to new Business requirements and coordinating with external service providers Ad-hoc analyses and data extraction from all Finance reporting databases (i.e. Oracle, Essbase, SAP BW);
- Uploading and managing of Reporting data into Hyperion Planning and Financial Management Reporting Systems to validate figures both on Actual closing and Planning cycles;
- Support the worldwide Finance community on the Reporting & Planning systems, assuring consistency on the Actual Reporting and Budget process - supporting if needed the local accounting departments and by addressing reporting and process issues.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in finance, Economics or Business Administration, management engineering;
- Solid knowledge of English;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Analytical mindset and ready to deal with big dataset analysis;
- Precise and detail oriented;
- Strong team player able to deliver objectives and work under tight deadlines;
- Open to learn, problem solver, proactive with a can-do attitude.
