We are currently seeking a new talented individual to join our Working Capital Cash-in - Administr. Finance and Control Dept.

**Job Title**: _Bank Guarantee Specialist and Letter of Credit Specialist_

**Location**:Buttrio (UD)

**Responsibilities**:
**Bank Guarantee**
- Processing Bank Guarantee transactions in the most effective and efficient manner resulting in the highest level of customer service quality guided by the operating procedures, guidelines, policies and standards sets.
- Assist head of department in day-to-day International Trade Finance matters specific to Bank Guarantees (Issue and manage bank guarantees for corporate clients and for banks).
- Responsible for the accurate and timely issuance of corporate and bank guarantees including issuance of new guarantees, as well as amendments (e.g. extensions, replacements etc.) and discharging/reduction of existing guarantees on time. Manage the related documentation with the banks and in the internal systems.
- Provide assistance to the Trade Finance / Sales area to ensure transactions received from customers are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with management requirements.
- Negotiate language of Bank Guarantee with business units, customer and banks, to ensure adherence to Company’s standard terms and conditions and the banks.
- Day-to-day monitoring of Bank Guarantee activity and liaise with banks and the group business units to ensure timely issuance of Bank Guarantee and issue resolution.
- Perform Bank Guarantee analysis and provide management reports.
- Negotiate pricing with the banks.

**Letter of Credit**
- Working as a Letter of Credit Officer involves obtaining the necessary information to process and complete letters of credit and related financial transactions for clients.
- Assist head of department in day-to-day International Trade Finance matters specific to Letter of Credit (verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness).
- The daily duties of a Letter of Credit Officer include the gathering of necessary information or documentation to complete Letters of Credit and any related financial transactions.
- Negotiate language of Letters of Credit with business units, customer and banks, to ensure adherence to Company’s standard terms and conditions.
- Provide assistance to the Trade Finance / Sales area
- Negotiate pricing with the banks and manage the related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- 1/2 years experience in Banking/Financial Services in the Operations/Trade Finance area.
- Knowledge of all Trade Finance products in particular bank guarantees and letter of credits.
- Knowledge of URDG 758 Rules and UCP 600 Rules, ISP98 is a plus.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables) MS Power Point (able to create a presentation document), MS Word).
Basic knowledge of ERP systems - SAP is a plus.
- Fluency written and spoken English (mandatory), other languages are a plus.
