Dt - Designer

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for a designer to join our Design Thinking team, within the R&D Global Discovery Center. The position will report to the R&D Design Thinking Manager Manager and it will be based in our Headquarters in Parma.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ensure the facilitation of DT projects, keeping coherence with the initial scope throughout process development & ensuring the respect of key milestones and shared timeline.
- Guarantee the creation and collection of sharable material to support projetc’s executions and project’s results sharing.
- Support the DT lead growing Barilla’s DT international network and continually seeking ways to improve DT best practices.
- Representing Barilla’s design thinking approach inside and outside the Company, and promoting new relationships among the GRDQ /Mktg /MRU global communities & other key. functions, acting as a touch point for facilitation activities and user centric interactions and proactively promote the human centric approach to innovation across the different units of GRDQ & company’s functions.
- Methodological and structural growth: scout, experiment and/or support DT lead building new approaches and tools to improve the unit capabilities and practices, build and keep relevant connection with external network for inspiration and exchange.
- Ensure efficacy in communication of results with business & key stakeholdes & keep track of projects result’s impacts and development into business opportunities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor Degree in Design or similar field

Min 3 years in Design Thinking coaching and team facilitation

Fluency in English and Italian

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, presentation softwares (PPT, keynote, canvas) and Office Suite

Strong project management skills
