Come parte del team “Zurich Italy Bank”, all’interno della “**Direzione Finance**” e, nello specifico, nell’Ufficio Commissioning, la persona che stiamo cercando svolgerà uno **stage** **di 6 mesi eventualmente rinnovabile di altri 6 mesi **in affiancamento al tutor aziendale, ovvero al Responsabile dell’Ufficio, con l’obiettivo di seguire un percorso formativo volto alla comprensione del processo di rendicontazione e liquidazione delle spettanze dovute alla Rete Vendita.

**Principali Attività**:
Nello specifico, le principali aree di attività saranno:

- Controllo flussi provvigionali: verifica movimenti manuali, verifica premio di portafoglio, verifica calcolo commissioni
- Contabilità Ufficio Provvigioni: attività di controllo conti contabili, supporto revisori, riconciliazione bancaria
- Gestione Consulenti dimissionari: predisposizione dei conteggi di fine rapporto, predisposizione dei bonifici mensili, registrazioni contabili, relazioni con la società di recupero crediti
- Area fiscale Ufficio Provvigioni: gestione cambio regime in corso d’anno, scarico registri IVA, relazione con fiscalista interno ed esterno, verifica fatture
- Supporto a Progetti Strategici: supporto e interazione con IT e società esterne in relazione a nuova piattaforma di gestione provvigioni
- Supporto ad attività generali Ufficio (es. aggiornamento procedure)

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline economiche/statistiche;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, con focus su Excel, PowerPoint e PowerBI
- Predisposizione alle tematiche digital e a lavorare con specifici software relativi a contabilità, gestione provvigioni, ecc.
- Buone capacità di analisi e di gestione numeri
- Approccio curioso, flessibile e proattivo, con buona predisposizione al lavoro in team;
- Lingua inglese: fluente conoscenza della lingua sia parlato che scritto
