Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. è stata fondata a Parma nel 1910 come ditta individuale da Gino Pizzarotti, trasformata successivamente nel 1945 in società a responsabilità limitata per opera del geom. Pietro Pizzarotti, padre dell’attuale Presidente Cav. Lavoro Paolo Pizzarotti. E' diventata nel 1961 Società per azioni con un capitale sociale di 250 milioni di euro. **Posizione**:
IMPRESA PIZZAROTTI & C. S.p.A., impresa di costruzioni generali, con cantieri in Italia e all’estero, ricerca **neolaureata/o in Ingegneria Edile, Civile o Gestionale** per inserimento nel Dipartimento **Action Planning & Control**, con sede a Parma.

**Requisiti**:
La persona sarà inserita nel team Action Planning & Control e, in affiancamento al/la tutor, acquisirà le seguenti competenze:

- Sviluppare pianificazioni di commesse e monitoraggio degli avanzamenti;
- Sviluppare Key Performance Index su tematiche critiche; monitorare le tematiche attraverso i KPI; proporre azioni correttive per rimanere nei target;
- Compilare e revisionare documenti strategici;
- Sviluppare competenze su processi e procedure aziendali (procurement, construction, risk management, operations, etc);
- Effettuare attività di coordinamento tra i vari dipartimenti Aziendali;

Per l’adeguata copertura della posizione sono richiesti come requisiti fondamentali:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Edile, Civile o Gestionale;
- Buona Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza di una lingua straniera tra inglese e francese, sia scritta che parlata, sarà considerato un plus.

Completano il profilo la motivazione al ruolo, la disponibilità all’apprendimento e ottime doti relazionali.
