Al fine di rafforzare il nostro team di Delivery siamo alla ricerca di un

**Project Leader Delivery Professionisti**

al quale sarà affidato il compito di coordinare i progetti, le risorse assegnate e le attività di parametrizzazione dei nostri software in ambito Contabile, Paghe e Gestionale per piccole e medie imprese. La risorsa avrà un focus sul cliente garantendone la soddisfazione e monitorerà tutte le fasi del progetto assicurando il rispetto dei tempi ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi. I clienti sono i Professionisti (commercialisti e consulenti del lavoro) e le piccole/medie aziende.

**_Hard Skills necessarie per la posizione_**
- Verrà considerato requisito fondamentale la conoscenza dei flussi di amministrazione del personale;
- Diploma o Laurea in discipline economiche o tecnico-scientifiche;
- Buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese;
- Disponibilità a trasferte

- Forte motivazione al ruolo, passione per il mondo ITC con particolare riguardo al settore delle nuove tecnologie e alla digital trasformation;
- Spiccate doti relazionali, dinamismo, leadership, flessibilità, ottima capacità di analisi ed ascolto, attitudine al lavoro in team e per obbiettivi;
- Capacità di interagire in dinamiche e contesti complessi e tecnologicamente evoluti;
