**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

**WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE IN THE DAY TO DAY**

**You will work in three main areas**:

- Coaching case teams, accelerating the adoption of new ways of working for the whole team(s), with emphasis on enabling multidisciplinary teams by working alongside senior leadership as thought partner (~ 80%).

You will perfect and further develop:

- Your skills as coach & team shaper, innovating the way BCG Platinion teams work in their case projects
- Your leadership and mentorship ability, in being a thought partner and delivering key learning assets to the coaching community
- Your skills related to value creation, team building, establishment of psychological safety, agile ways of working, digital collaboration
- Your skills in shaping multidisciplinary ways of working as part of one of BCG’s most successful units

**YOU’RE GOOD AT / YOU CAN STRONGLY IDENTIFY WITH**
- Coaching cross-business teams, executives and individuals from different backgrounds and with different skill-sets
- Adopting and flex a range of coaching styles to fit the needs of the team/counterpart
- Thriving in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, client-oriented environment where you can innovate and experiment
- Getting energized by helping individuals and teams reach their fullest potential - both delivering more impactful work and building an open, supportive team culture

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**
- From 6 to 10 years professional experience within complex corporate environments with increasing levels of responsibility
- 2-3 years experience in leading high-performance teams in a project and/or process based and complex environment, managing multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in team coaching, training and related tools and methodologies (e.g., agile, work smarter, and live better)
- Experience in working with teams involved in digital products would be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office software and required tools and technologies (e.g, Trello and Slack)
- Agile proficiency / experience
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
