Job overview:

- As Housekeeper, with an unwavering attention to detail and our method, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetic appeal of our Castello hotel. You will have a deep knowledge of hsk high quality standards to ensure excellent service for our guests, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. Reflecting Reschio’s commitment to excellence, you will ensure a lasting impression of comfort and meticulous care on every guests. You will work in a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on collaboration.Main responsibilities and duties:

- You will support our Executive Housekeeper in leading, training and supervising the housekeeping team (maids and porter), making sure for laundry services, cleaning guest rooms and public areas of the hotel;
- You will anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service as well as communicate with other teams to fulfill guest needs and requests;
- You will do rooms and areas inspections after cleaning to ensure that standards are met and reporting any damage or maintenance issues to the management;
- You will work closely with maintenance and front office teams to ensure smooth operations and quick resolution of any issues;
- You will keep track of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure that items are in stock and available as needed;
- You will collect all materials needed from the warehouse, in accordance with the instructions received;
- You will take notes of all the information, updates and instruction and giving proper handover before signing off from the shift;
- You will keep professional and ethical relationships with guests, suppliers and colleagues;
- You will ensure compliance with all the HACCP system rules;
- You will check the correct use and upkeep of all equipment and materials supplied.

Main skills and competencies required:

- At least 3 years previous experience in similar role in luxury hotel/villas;
- Strong values of integrity and ethical conduct;
- Attention to detail and a high quality standard of cleanliness;
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills;
- Be a team player and have a pro-active approach;
- Be able to perform in a dynamic work environment;
- Be confident in the daily use of IT software and programme;
- Fluent in Italian;
- Strong knowledge safety and hygiene standards.
