Per il nostro stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino, siamo alla ricerca di un/a **QA Shop Floor Specialist** che, riportando direttamente al Manager dell'area di riferimento, dovrà garantire che le procedure operative siano in compliance e che la documentazione dei batch record sia conforme agli standard di qualità.

**La risorsa avrà inoltre le seguenti responsabilità**:

- Essere il primo referente delle problematiche di Qualità nei reparti di produzione, garantendo il supporto tecnico-scientifico e di compliance di primo livello alle operations a turno nel reparto di riferimento
- Garantire che le pratiche operative dei reparti di produzione assegnati siano in compliance con standard qualitativi aziendali ed in conformità alle GMP
- Eseguire troubleshooting su problematiche di processo ed intervenire in seguito ad anomalie
- Eseguire l'attività di Batch Review
- Eseguire la valutazione dei cicli macchina e degli allarmi di processo
- Può erogare il training per SOP, corsi e QP/LV a tutte le funzioni aziendali
- Autorizzare la ripartenza dopo verifica ODL Straordinari
- Collaborare alla gestione e preparazione del processo di self-inspection ed ispezioni da parte di enti Regulatory

**Requisiti minimi richiesti**:

- Laurea Magistrale ad indirizzo tecnico-scientifico
- Conoscenza delle GMP e della produzione farmaceutica
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel e Power Point)

**Skills** **aggiuntive/preferenziali**:

- Attitudine al team-working
- Capacità di troubleshooting e decision making
- Si richiede la disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche notturni._
- Per questa posizione è previsto un inserimento iniziale con contratto a termine._
