**Job Purpose**:
Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations.

**Responsibilities**:

- To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
- Support for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing
- Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
- Support and manage of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
- Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
- Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
- In Advanced Solutions, the Sales Operations Executive SOE books customer orders and does not perform quoting (this is done by the Internal Sales Specialist)

- Good level of English knowledge
- SAP R3 (preferable)

**Offriamo**

tirocinio extracurriculare 6 mesi + 6 mesi, con rimborso spese, mensa interna e navetta aziendale

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Stipendio: €700,00 al mese
