**Duties & Responsibilities**:
The M&A / Debt Advisory Intern position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment and will provide you with many of the same experiences as the full-time Analyst position, including:

- Conducting industry and company-specific research
- Identifying potential acquirers
- Preparing marketing materials for advisory assignments
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
- Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement
- Supporting the team on both M&A and Debt Advisory transactions

**Qualifications**:

- Strong numerical and analytical ability, aptitude to think strategically
- Autonomous and multi-tasking
- Capability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- At ease with Microsoft Office tools and information database
- Native speaking level in Italian and fluency in English are mandatory, other European languages would be a bonus
- Team spirit, collaborative and inclusive way of working
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master's degree (_Laurea Specialistica_) in finance and/or accounting in a top-tier university
- Graduating in 2023
