Research Assistant

Overview:
In general, the Research Assistant requires the ability to assist research with experiments and field trials so a good mechanical aptitude is desired. It requires basic skills such as glassware cleaning and laboratory organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for supporting R&D projects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic laboratory notebooks.
- Responsible for ensuring research glassware is clean and available for use by lab staff.
- Organize and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Must adhere to laboratory standard operating procedures, documentation, and guidelines
- Perform occasional literature reviews.
- Maintain lab supply inventory.
- Able to work in team environment supporting Senior Staff.

Qualifications:

- master of science in chemistry, pharmaceutical or processing technologies or PhD with a dissertation in the similar field of research.
- fluent in italian and english, both in oral and written communication.
- Must be highly motivated, reliable, and self-sufficient.
- Attention to detail and awareness of safety.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in team.
- Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
