Reporting into the Financial Controller, we now have the exciting opportunity to bring on board a Finance Administrator on a permanent basis.

**What You Can Expect from the Role**

**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Active cycle, passive cycle, cash, bank
- Keeping of accounting and tax records (VAT, journal, etc.
- Custom clearance
- VAT settlement
- Fiscal - tax schedule
- Drafting and sending of telematic F24
- Drafting and electronic submission of INTRASTAT forms
- Drafting and electronic submission of DECLARATIONS OF INTENT
- Support for preparing tax returns (PF income, SC income, SP income, IRAP, VAT)
- Support for the preparation of the financial statements
- Use of Excel, word, Outlook, Acrobat, internet, accounting management

**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience of working in a Accounting environment
- Diploma of Accounting or Degree in Economic Discipline
- Excellent IT Skills, (particularly Microsoft Excel)
- Experience using Accounting & Tax systems
- Knowledge of VAT regulations & structure of EU budget
- Advanced Verbal and Written English communication skills
