Joining TNP’s Financial Services team, you will collaborate with the Top Management and/or the operational departments (Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial Department, Investments, etc.) of main Banking market players in their strategic and business transformation projects.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Consulting mission

- Be part of a team of consultants and actively participate to clients’ missions:

- Crunching data and preparing analysis results

- Helping in producing deliverables for the clients

- Developing client relationships by meeting with them regularly to assess their needs and progress

- Supporting the preparation of project committees

Business Development

- Preparation and strategical study of sector/client stakes, benchmarking, and evaluation of external partnerships.

Communication & Marketing

- Participation to brand awareness improvement through social media strategy and content creation, participation and organization of events.

WHO YOU ARE

- Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Economics

- Experience (2+ years) in Risk & Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Banking market players

- Knowledge of Basel and EBA-ECB regulatory frameworks (ICAAP, ILAAP)

- Knowledge of Credit risk management policy, rating models for retail and corporate clients, processes and procedures

- Knowledge of the MIFID II, ESG and sustainability impacts on Banking industry

- Experiences in the implementation of the Risk Governance framework

- Estimation process of Credit Provisions, local and international accounting principles will be considered as a plus

- Experience in complex regulatory transforming projects

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite

- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Python, SAS, R, Matlab, and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciated

- Proactive with excellent initiative, autonomous and results oriented

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in complex work processes involving multiple parallel demands

- Rigorous and pragmatic with good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills

- Excellent level of Italian and English. Knowledge of a third language (French/Spanish…) will be considered as a plus
